Witchmount Wedding

We chose our venue, Witchmount Wedding, We initially looked at Witchmount because I had a lot of family from New Zealand coming, and I didn’t want to make them travel anywhere far. But Witchmount was the only in-person tour we needed to see because we fell in love. And plot twist, my New Zealand family can’t come (haha!). Witchmount Estate is where the wedding photography took place.

Wedding gown // My wedding dress was from Vanessa at ForeverNess in Geelong! The Maid of Honour dress is a Christian Dior Jadore from ForeveNess and all the men were dressed by Sami at Peter Jackson.

How we met: Kieran and I met at work in 2013 – I actually accidentally touched his bum. We became pretty fast friends. We realised we were both similar, we would pick up double shifts just to spend more time together and would then walk to and from work because working 10+ hours a day together wasn’t enough.

The Proposal: Kieran proposed on my birthday, 22nd August 2020.He proposed on our slab where our first home we built together had been poured just days earlier. I was surprisingly emotional. It had been 6.5 years of dating.
