Vue on Halcyon wedding fun

We had been for a walk from Jonathon’s family home in Wonga Park, along Uplands Rd and stumbled on the venue Vue on Halcyon wedding fun. We instantly fell in love with the views and walked back talking of our future wedding. Less than a year later we found ourselves back there planning the wedding! Vue on Halcyon is where the wedding photography took place. Great place in the Yarra Valley for a wedding and celebration with friends and family.

How we met: Began talking online, met up at Yarra Valley Chocolaterie 3 weeks later. Melissa first noticed Jonathon’s dark brown eyes. Jonathon first noticed what Melissa was wearing. Both thought the other was being quiet as we took our time to come out of our shell.

The Proposal: Jonathon had arranged for our room at Crown Metropol to be decorated with rose petals and fairy lights. After we had been for a stroll along the promenade Jonathon took Melissa back to the room and turned on our favourite song and eventually got down on one knee. Both of us were elated :)
