Victoria said that “they chose the wedding day at Carousel Albert Park it does the best food and drink, they know what they’re doing and the location is perfect for our wedding. It’s on the water, centrally located and the outside option is as good as the inside option.” The wedding ceremony was conducted by Andrew Redman and was videoed by Stu Art video. The Carousel was where the wedding photography took place.

When asked about how they met, Victoria said “We met at the end of 2009 when I came over from England to Brisbane for a one year working holiday. Aaron was a housemate of my girlfriends, and it was pretty much love at first sight! The proposal was so gorgeous and a complete surprise. It was at Point Ormond in Elwood in mid-2013, on a random Wednesday after work. Aaron told me there was a ship we should go and look at as a ruse to get me outside in the cold. Once we got to the top of Point Ormond lookout, and there was no ship, and Aaron got down on one knee, the penny dropped! He said some incredible words, and proposed with a stunning diamond, giving me the option to chose whatever setting I liked (a beautiful and thoughtful touch). He then took me to Vue de Monde which was phenomenal :)”
