The Park Albert Park Wedding
Georgette & Ari chose The Park Albert Park Wedding for their reception venue. They both loved the look and feel of The Park. The black brick walls and gold chandeliers were big differentiators for them. The staff are amazing, so they quickly decided it would be the perfect place, to celebrate with their family and friends. The wedding photography took place at the Park Albert Park and the Carlton North Greek Church.
The proposal took place while we were on holiday in the peninsula. We went for a hike at Cape Shanck and had a picnic. We found a nice clearing and before we begun the meal I got down on one knee and proposed. I think I fumbled my words a little, but I remember she cried and said yes. I felt very nervous despite being sure she would say yes. I am sure I was acting strangely leading up to the event because of my nerves. Afterwards, I felt full of love. It was a beautiful moment. We finished our picnic in excitement.

We met at university. After having studied together for 3 years but only knowing each other by name and face, I asked her for a coffee at the university coffee shop. There were immediate sparks. I loved her animated character. Her face was full of expression and she had so many exciting aspirations. After our coffee I was eager to catch up again. I asked her for her number but I was a bit nervous and my mind went blank when I had to enter her name into my phone. I had to stupidly tell her this, but we laughed and organised a second date.
The thing that made me fall in love with Georgette was her beautiful and happy character. I love listening to her talk about any topic for hours. Her animation and excitement are contagious. She will spend 10 minutes recounting a 5-minute conversation! One time we were so infatuated with each other and our conversation that we completely forgot where we parked at crown. When we came back to the car park we had to search every level and accidentally got locked in the stairwell. We had to walk all the way back to the ground to get out. We enjoyed every moment of it and continue to enjoy all sorts of funny, exciting, and even mundane experiences because we are together.
