The Baths Brighton Wedding. We wanted something small with the beach included and a sit down dinner with great food. The Baths has delivered in folds with offering great views, being by the beach but not on it so you don’t have the sand issues, an a la carte menu for guests, accommodating our small guests list and being flexible with any of our requests. The Proposal
Away at David’s sister’s 40th Birthday celebrations in Byron Bay, David proposed the day after his sisters birthday on a walk up to the lighthouse. When they reached the top and were alone with the great view David proposed and Suzanne excitedly accepted.
We Met
We met at The Corner Store in Mentone. Suzanne had just come from a funeral and didn’t want to drink and drive so went somewhere to have a drink close to home so she could walk home if necessary. David was living in an apartment upstairs from this Café/bar and decided to have his Friday night knock off drinks here for a change as he could not be bothered travelling much further. They met and started talking. Suzanne’s friend whom she had called to join her for a drink was there to witness Suzanne and David hitting it off. Suzanne thought that David was a really nice guy and after advice from her matron of honours husband that she picks the wrong men for her, she decided to give David a red hot go, lol. David thought that Suzanne was a really attractive girl that caught his eye when she walked into the Corner store. They started talking and got along well and he knew he wanted to see more of her and the rest is as they say history. They are excited that they get to marry their best friend.
