Quat Quatta Wedding. Monica and Dean had their wedding at Quat Quatta, as Monica said “It was the perfect place inside and out for both the ceremony and reception, we wanted to have them both at the same place and the style of Quat Quatta was exactly what we were looking for.” The ceremony was conducted by Rita Cohann in the courtyard at Quat Quatta and the girls were driven to wedding by Always Classic Cars. Leanne Simmons supplied the flowers and Nikos Cakes supplied the wedding cake. The wedding was photographed by Hayley and was videoed by Langdon at Life in Motion.

Monica also said “We first meet the night of my birthday through friends. Dean proposed by telling me he got a night at the Grand Hyatt from work for sales performance. We went for a walk and a old gypsy lady asked for some money and we gave her some, then she grabbed both our hands and wished us a lifetime of happiness together. Later back in the room he confessed work had not arranged anything and he got down on one knee and proposed, I was completely surprised.”
