Marybrooke Winter Wedding

We chose our venue, Marybrooke Manor Winter Wedding, as we loved the evergreen forest aesthetic and the style of the manor. I love the medieval look of the stained glass windows, fireplaces, and dark wood. We also loved the big tree in the middle of the drive and the fountain. Marybrooke Manor is where the wedding photography took place.

How we met: We met in 2011 at my friend’s party. We were friends for about 2 years before we started dating. Jesse was funny, charming, and so easy to talk to. He thought I was sweet and kind.

The Proposal: The proposal took place on the 28th Jan 2022 at our house. Jesse set up a riddle scavenger hunt for me (usually a birthday tradition in my family). The riddles led me to things that represented our life together. At the end he had me close my eyes, and when I opened them he was on one knee with a ring. I was stunned for a moment and then overjoyed.
