Leonda by the Yarra Wedding
Leonda by the Yarra Wedding. Lisa wanted to get married somewhere bright, open and airy (fairy tale, magical – Disney – look). They struggled to find an inside venue that fitted the profile. The choice was Treasury Gardens for their wedding day, because they wanted to get married near the city – easier for the guests. Leonda by the Yarra was a beautiful location for the wedding reception, because of it’s open, bright and airy feel. It was also modern and contemporary. It also came with great recommendations. The Ceremony chairs were provided by Weddings of Distinction and the bridal party arrived with Melbourne Dream Drives. Lisa wore a gown by Stella York supplied by Fairytale Bridal, flowers by Nina’s Fresh Flowers, Prahran and hair & makeup done by Susan Lee. Nikos Cakes and Black Tie Events partied and fed the guests at the reception at Leonda. Andy for Stu Art videoed the day.

Lisa said “We met at a dinner organised by a mutual friend from Canberra. Lisa arrived late so she sat in the empty seat, which happen to be next to Anthony. Lisa though Anthony was nice, good looking and easy to talk to. Anthony thought the same of Lisa. The proposal happen in Tokyo Japan. It was a complete surprise. It was our second day in Tokyo. The day started with some rain as we headed to the famous Tokyo fish markets. The rain eased as we walked around and after enjoying some freshly made sushi, we headed to Asakusa Temple for some shopping and sightseeing. Following that, Anthony insisted on going to the Shinjuku Gyeon National Gardens to see a real Japanese Garden. It was there that Anthony led me to a clearing and got down on one knee.”
