Hannah & Ben held their wedding at Ballara Receptions, as they wanted something close to home and it helped that it held meaning given Hannah’s parents got married there 30 years ago. Hannah wore a gown by Sottero and Midgley from Raffaele Ciuca in Armadale, Hair by Harper Hair Co in Montmorency and Make Up by Paige Dwyer. Rainflorist in Diamond Creek supplied the flowers, this is where Ben always gets Hannah flowers for her birthday. Classic & Prestige Car Hire drove the bridal party around and to Ballara Receptions. Kat’s Cakes made the cake and LeGrand Style were the DJ and MC.

Hannah said “Ben and I first met at mixed netball, which we both actually hate as a sport. I was playing socially and Ben had come to watch some workmates on my team. His first words were “Who’s this then?” and despite his hate for netball seemed to keep coming back after that. Ben proposed Christmas morning. He gave me a book he wrote about how we met and everything we had gone through together. The story was written as a Disney one and had Disney pictures all through. Ending with ” There was just one question left to ask” which as a read he got down on one knee and proposed. It was perfect!”
