How we met: Just at a local bar. We ending up just sitting in a group but talking just the two of us for hours, almost forgetting those around us. It was such easy, honest and real conversation. We weren’t trying to be anything other than ourselves, we weren’t trying hard to impress each other or anything. We just seemed to really connect and got lost in conversation. And then that conversation never stopped and it grew into something incredible.

The Proposal: September 2019 – At St Clair Beach, Dunedin, NZ – this is my ‘home’, I grew up in St Clair near the beach and spent a lot of time there. Joel chose that place knowing it’s special to me, it was really beautiful.
