Coal Mine Wonthaggi Club Wedding

We chose our wedding venue, at the state Coal Mine and Wonthaggi Club, because We both live in Wonthaggi and wanted to have our wedding locally. Coal Mine and Wonthaggi Club is where the wedding photography took place.

How we met: We met through the online dating app OkCupid. We texted for a few weeks before meeting on our first date, on 13th January 2018 (6 years ago to the day!) We went to Chadstone shopping centre and had dinner at Woodstock, followed by a movie.

The Proposal: Adam proposed on our 5-year anniversary (13/01/23). On this day we also settled on our new home in Wonthaggi – a big day! We had a nice breakfast in our rental and Adam had saved our messages from the online dating app when we were first getting to know each other. He wrote a new message at the end and popped the question.
