We were both in other relationships the very first time we met, didn’t really converse that much – we met at Sams house through a friend of a friend.. I was dropping my best mate there to have drinks with Sams housemate… the second time we met was at Sams place also about 18 months later, Sam had just finished work and was filthy, smelly and sweaty yet I still found myself attracted to him haha

January 2017 on Smith’s Beach in Phillip Island – I kind of knew something was up, Sam is hopeless at keeping secrets and not making himself obvious. We went out for dinner followed by a walk on the beach where I was walking in front of him and he told me to turn around and he was down on one knee. We had just found out we were pregnant the week before, Sam had already bought the ring and planned to do it but it all kind of just happened at once lol
