Ballara Wedding Fun
Ballara Wedding Fun is what Fiona wanted for her wedding day. Fiona & Michael said “We were looking around a few and Ballara was on the list. When we got there we just fell in love with the gardens and the buildings, including the chapel. We also loved that we could do everything on one site and not have to move.” The wedding photography was taken at Ballara Receptions in Eltham.
Met 2 1/2 years ago at Narre Warren P-12 college. Fi was one of the grade 5 teachers and I was working as the literacy intervention aide. Fi’s first thoughts, “Aaah, another CRT, why is Deb off again?!”. I can’t remember the first time we met as I had to remember so many new people I didn’t know which way was up!

I proposed on the week before our 1st anniversary. We had gone away for the weekend to a little cabin near Ballarat. I cooked a three course meal with matching wines then gave Fi an A3 handmade card with photographs of us. In the card there was a word quiz where the answers spelt out, “Will you Marry me?”. The ring was on the final page in a bag. I was nervous as i wasn’t sure she was going to say yes, but very happy when she did! Fi was excited and happy but she already knew it was coming, but she thought it as coming the week after.
