All Smiles Sorrento
We chose our wedding venue, All Smiles Sorrento. We had another venue booked in NZ before Covid (and the kids) hit. Fast forward a few years, the wedding was back on the agenda and Adam took the lead, aiming to find somewhere that was a perfect fit. We went for a drive to see the All Smiles venue that weekend and we knew it was perfect from the moment we walked in. Beach – tick, Lovely staff – tick, Cocktails – tick, all in one venue – tick! All Smiles Sorrento is where the wedding photography took place.

The Proposal: During one of our trips together, we went to New Zealand and drove all over the north and then south islands for three weeks, ending up in the incredible Queenstown. Little did Jen know, Adam had spoken to Jen’s family about asking her to marry him over Christmas. For over three weeks, the Duffy family were eagerly awaiting a phone call with the news. Adam kept them waiting until the very last night of the trip where we went for a walk up Queenstown hill, took photos and chatted. When Jen turned to get a photo of the sun dropping through the trees (a pic that we had framed) Adam took a knee and popped the question. Jen felt: shock and joy Adam felt: Anxious and then relief
